The Secrets to Winning Podcast is not always about winning on the field. Sometimes, it's about winning the issues going on in the world. There is a lot of tension in this world right now, and we have a very, very important discussion about race in the United States and how that relates to police brutality, justice, and individual differences.

I didn't want to be one of those individuals that got up and "virtue-signaled" or said how it needed to be because I don't know. But I am a guy who wants to hear from people who invest their time, put their butts on the line, and form opinions that we should all listen to.

Today's guest - Kwame Agyemang - is one of those individuals that I've come to really, really respect because of his thoughtfulness and his insight. And, most importantly, because he wants to have a discussion. He understands the sports world. He understands topics of race, managing social change, and unifying voices, and also amplifying voices. And he is somebody who I followed on social media for some time. I could not wait to have this conversation about race in the United States and across the world.
